Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

The 42nd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Dynamatic Technology Group took place in Bangalore, India on August 9, 2017. Mr Udayant Malhoutra, CEO of the Group, reported to the Shareholders on the results of the Business year 2016-17 and informed about the future plans inside the Group. Eisenwerk Erla GmbH was represented by Mr Dietmar Hahn (r.), Managing Director and Director of the Supervisory Board.
